Lately service has been falling off and recently took my truck in for oil change (which I run only synthetic oil) and they put in standard oil , called McKenzie up and she admitted to the mistake but said I will have to pay the difference in the cost , I won’t argue but my time must mean nothing at all . They should change the oil for free since it will cost me a 1/4 of my day for their mistake . Just good business I would say . Definitely not as pleased lately . Just seams all they want is you to bow down . Maybe time to start looking for new dealership ? More
