terrible service I called first thing in the morning to make an appointment and the person was rude. I set up an early appointment and was told I would be able to pick I called first thing in the morning to make an appointment and the person was rude. I set up an early appointment and was told I would be able to pick my vehicle up in the afternoon. I figured an oil change wouldn't take long. I called before my lunch break to see if the car was finished and the Tanya said she would get back to me and never did. I called again right before I was going to pick the my vehicle up at lunch and I was told that they didnt start it yet and that I would need to be patient because they were busy. WWhat'sthe point of setting up an appointment if it iisn't going to be worked on right away. An oil change only takes at most 20 minutes. I never got a call back about my car to let me know it was finished. I just had to take a cab there after work to find out when I got there that the car had been finished since 2 in the afternoon. When I asked what took so long and why no one got back to me I was basically told that they had more important things to do. More

Two weeks ago I had to take it in because the Hub was bad and had to be replaced, It was in the shop for 2 day's. On Tuesday my car ran hot so I called the Cadillac dealer nearest to me to have it looked at they told me they could not see it until Friday. I told them I could not drive the car like this and needed the car to go to work . They told there was nothing they could do. I called my son and told him what was going on with the car He call Hudson GMC and Tanya took control of the matter she told me to bring to car in right away and had a loner car waiting as so as I got there On Wednesday Tanya called my car was ready. It was a nice calm experience when you dealing with people who can take charge of a bad situation and guide you through it with no problems THANK YOU SO MUCH. I called the dealer nearest me and told them to cancel my appointment and I would not be doing business with them again. More
Brought the Cadillac SRX in due to a noise heard every time the brakes were used--a rolling noise. It turned out to be a rock was lodged underneath on the driver's side. This was a very labor-intensive time the brakes were used--a rolling noise. It turned out to be a rock was lodged underneath on the driver's side. This was a very labor-intensive case and an unusual problem. After 3 days of research, they found that it was a rock causing the problem. They were having difficulty locating the problem, but assured me they would have an answer and I was given a replacement vehicle so as not to be inconvenienced. Obviously, I was very pleased with the outcome! More

On my trip to Poughkeepsie on a Friday (March 2012)for an unexpected family funeral, my GMC Envoy started to have acceleration problems about 50 miles from our destination. I located Hudson GMC from my smart unexpected family funeral, my GMC Envoy started to have acceleration problems about 50 miles from our destination. I located Hudson GMC from my smartphone & placed a call to the service dept. I spoke w/Chris who said to bring it in (my ETA was about 3:30PM). I left the vehicle & proceeded to the funeral home for calling hours. Less that 2 hours later I received a call from Chris. He thoroughly explained what the problem was and the repair that was made. By 6PM that same afternoon, the Envoy was back up and running! We really commend the service dept. for their excellent diagnostic service and repairs done right the 1st time - especially late on a Friday afternoon and with the family traveling from out of town. i bought a 1999 Cadillac from a dealer in albany N.Y.with a warranty...about 4 monsths later my water-pump went,,i took the car to Hudson explained the problem told them about the warranty and with no hesita a warranty...about 4 monsths later my water-pump went,,i took the car to Hudson explained the problem told them about the warranty and with no hesitation they made a appointment to have my car repaired and honored the warranty,,,the next day the car was done and it just so happened my son was at my house,,he is a G.M. Tech up at albany..he checked the work and said it was professonally done and was very impressed how neat the car was cleaned of all anti-freeze that usally drips on a job like this,,some dealers dont clean it at all,,,even when i bought my Buick there they were curtious and professonal,,,i highly reccomand Hudson Cadillac-Buick-GMC for any new or used car to everyone,,,their reputation is way above beleive............Wayne Critelli More
