Our purchase at this dealership was awesome -an overall 5 rating.... our salesman -"Bobbie" was literally on his way home but he took time out and stayed to help us with our car purchase. Within 1.5 hours we had test driven the car-an SRX 4, given our deposit and filled out the necessary paperwork.The personal attention was remarkable. The area we gave a "4" rating was the "detail work" prior to pick up. The SRX wasn't perfect - some of the small chips should have been touched up, the car should have been driven through a car wash for a chassis cleaning , the vaccum job and interior wipedown should have been spotless but wasn't. Our salesman Bobbie did offer to have the car revaccumed but my husband opted to do the recleaning himself.Overall the purchase experience was a "5". But,when purchasing a $36,000+ used car, the detail job should have exceeded a "5" not a 4. More

My husband and I had visited a few dealerships in our search for a used car. The interactions we had with several of the area dealerships was less than satisfactory as we felt the salespeople seemed int search for a used car. For example, one said "the previous owner even put new tires on this _____....all we [the dealership] had to do to was put new tires on this." Happily, our experience with Hudson Cadillac Buick GMC was completely different. Indeed, we experienced no hard selling at this dealership. Soon after we arrived, we were provided with a sheet which listed each of the vehicles for sale as well as information on each one. This information really helped us to narrow our search. Once we had a few vehicles in mind, Justin Cook spoke with us about our choices. We found Mr. Cook to be very professional, knowledgeable, patient, friendly and willing to take the necessary steps to hold the 2008 Pontiac G6 for us. He managed all the details, which included his contacting our insurance provider, in a prompt and courteous manner. The attention paid to preparing the vehicle for us was excellent - - we felt like we were buying a new car! Each of the people we interacted with presented themselves in a very professional way.
