The salesperson I dealt with, Justin Cook was just wonderful- friendly, gracious, accomodating, knowledgeable,and so helpful. He is extrememly pleasant and I spent quite a bit of time with him while h wonderful- friendly, gracious, accomodating, knowledgeable,and so helpful. He went out on the test drive with me explaining all the car's features and held the car for a day while he gave me time to make up my mind. There was NO PRESSURE just the facts. I am a repeat customer from several years ago and while there recognized the sales manager, Tom Feenaghty, whom I had dealt with before and remembered him for his wonderful service (a reason I decided to look again at the cars at this dealership). Tom also spent time with me, catching up on personal news as well as a resource for any questions. I also met and chatted with the used car manager who assessed my leased Toyota Camry which I turned in, as well as the owner. This dealership makes you feel you are important and they want you to know and enjoy your new car. Justine has made himself available to me for any future questions as did Tom. I feel very confident as a single woman that my needs will be met by them and I can rely on them for service to my new car. An added lovely surprise was a pretty gift bag in my new car with Godiva chocalates and a large scented candle- such a lovely touch. I have leased and bought many cars over the years and never before was a new car presented with a lovely gift inside- very classy indeed! My friends all said that has never happened to them. My Verano is beautiful and of such high quality workmanship. It has everything I wanted in a car of that size.It is fun to drive and I know I will enjoy it. More

I just purchased a Cadillac SRX from Justin Cook at Hudsons. He made the process of purchasing a car a pleasure! He listened, had patience and was NEVER pushy. I decided on the SRX and wanted it in white....Justin was able to find the one I wanted. I went for a test drive and loved it. The day I picked the car up I was anticipating a long process...was I wrong! Justin had everything ready and the purchase went quickly and smoothly. Then he gave me a tutorial of all the functions and features of the SRX. I would highly recommend Justin if you're looking to purchase a car. I will definitely return to Hudsons when I am ready to purchase another car. I had been taking my previous car there for warrenty work and had always found the service dept. friendly too!
