Brought the Cadillac SRX in due to a noise heard every time the brakes were used--a rolling noise. It turned out to be a rock was lodged underneath on the driver's side. This was a very labor-intensive time the brakes were used--a rolling noise. It turned out to be a rock was lodged underneath on the driver's side. This was a very labor-intensive case and an unusual problem. After 3 days of research, they found that it was a rock causing the problem. They were having difficulty locating the problem, but assured me they would have an answer and I was given a replacement vehicle so as not to be inconvenienced. I initially came to the dealership to just browse. Bridgette approached me and asked if I need assistance. Although I did not see the vehicle I was interested in, she took my name and number and said Bridgette approached me and asked if I need assistance.
