I pulled in the parking lot and Orlando greeted us as my son and I got out of the car,my first thought was oh boy now we have to deal with a pushy salesman ( a reason I hate car shopping) but it wasn't like son and I got out of the car,my first thought was oh boy now we have to deal with a pushy salesman ( a reason I hate car shopping) but it wasn't like that at all. Orlando was friendly,helpful and actually listened to what I wanted. How refreshing ! He found the cars I wanted to see ,went for the test ride with us, was very informative,answering all my questions and if there was anything he did not have an answer for he promptly got the answer when we returned from the test ride.I have not bought a car in a long time and was quite anxious but Orlando made me feel at ease,letting my son and I talk,think and decide,interjecting at times with great points or comments.Because of the way he handled himself I will be back to see him when I am ready to buy another car, I will also be sending people to him. My son will be buying a car from Orlando when he is ready too. I really appreciated the way Orlando treated me as a person and not just another customer. More
