Even more suspicious: they tried to claimthere were major issues with my friend’s trade-in just to lowball her value, when there was absolutely nothing wrong with it. ​They sold a defective car for nearly double its market value and then offered a measly $100 reimbursement for a $500 tow when the engine failed.
