VERY poor service experience . I Recommend NOT using Hubler Mazda in warranty or out of warranty. Bearing(?) noise in front end was diagnosed as bad tires without even a test driv . I had to talk them into taking it for a test drive. They swapped tires and test drive still demonstrated noise. After further investigation they said noise was 'normal', and CHARGED me $95. VERY poor customer support. Since they charge within warranty period, I STRONGLY recommend not buying a car there are using them for service. I am out $95, and car still makes the same noise. Car has 29k miles and is 2.5 years old. More

Our Mazda3 was not starting. I tested the battery at home and then at AutoZone and it tested ok, so I took it in for repairs at Hubler Mazda. They told me it was the battery and over charged me for it (as ex and then at AutoZone and it tested ok, so I took it in for repairs at Hubler Mazda. They told me it was the battery and over charged me for it (as expected from a dealership). I get my car home, but then next time I try to drive it won't start again. I call to ask if they are going to recharge me for a diagnostic fee and they so no. I have it towed in, and they tell me now they need to charge a diagnostic fee because it's a different problem. I argued with them until they waived the fee, and then they told me that I had low compression in 3 cylinders and needed to replace my engine at a cost of up to $7000. Since I wasn't going to do that, they transferred me to the sales department to talk about replacing the car. I took it somewhere else to get a second opinion, and they discovered that the problem was just a spark plug. They also ran the compression test and said it was within manufacturer specs. The second shop I went to said that Hubler does this sort of thing all the time. More
Got in and out in a timely matter with a washes car lookin good! They have an awesome lounge with wifi, Starbucs, and great TV. The staff is all the same each time I visit, which makes me feel comfor lookin good! They have an awesome lounge with wifi, Starbucs, and great TV.
