My husband and I have been looking for a SUV for over a year now. We have been in contact with Mike over the past few monthes and he has always kept us in the back of his mind if he had something we might year now. He had it at the Greenwood dealership for us on Tuesday and we were signing paperwork on Wednesday. This was the most pleasant car buying experience we have ever had. We did not have to wait around on anyone (and with 3 young kids that is a blessing). The whole staff was very patient and understanding of our wants and needs and proved that they were listening and had our families best interest in mind. They gave us top dollar for our trade and put me in a car I have wanted for the longest time. We have dealt with many dealerships over the years and I have to say this is the best customer service I have recieved in a long time!! Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and helpful. Purchasing my car was (relatively) quick and painless. Working with Hubler mazda was the best car buying expierience I have had. James was very informativ and did not apply high pressure sales tactics. Even after the initial negotiations, James stayed around and "entertained" my wife and myself. The entire process took about 2 hours less than our other car purches and was much more fun.
