I bought a car at Hubler in Rushville (it was brought from Hubler Honda in Taylorsville). I started having problems with it and Hubler in Rushville didn't want to touch it, so they had ME pay to have it from Hubler Honda in Taylorsville). Your salesman Craig Galloway signed a contract to provide a 2023 CRV, then when I asked if the dealer could add an item, he took it upon himself to cancel the deal and sell the car to someone else and pursue a 2023 CRV, then when I asked if the dealer could add an item, he took it upon himself to cancel the deal and sell the car to someone else and pursued finding a 2024 CRV.for me. Without my knowledge or approval. He is the example of why customers see car salesmen as "lie, cheat and steal". I still have the contract, and I could probaly file charges against your dealership, however I won't as I don't care to have any further contact with Hubler ever again in the future. More
