I have leased 4 vehicles from Hubler, including my most recent, 2011 Cruze which I am thrilled about. Hubler really means it when they say they want you to be a customer for life! I bought a car being told the transmission would "last forever" and that all it needed was back brake pads. Then after I signed the papers, I was told the key needed to be "jiggled" to start and tha "last forever" and that all it needed was back brake pads. Then after I signed the papers, I was told the key needed to be "jiggled" to start and that the push button on the gear shift falls out! OK--so the next day I took the car to Midas where I was told the rotor made the car UNSELLABLE and the vehicle should NEVER have left the lot in that condition. Indeed, the rotor looks like it was about to fall off the axel! (I still have it) THEN to mae matters even worse----the transmission only outlasted the paper plate by three DAYS! So much for forever! (For the record, we have been religiously checking the fluid levels and even after the car stopped moving, the transmission fluid is full) The rest of the issues with the car are minor....like the back window that went down but never goes back up....I would avoid these people unless you are buying a new car. ALSO---my mother traded in her old car to get a van (so far so good...) and it was junk-yard ready.,....and less than a week later they had it listed for $1995. More
Hubler Chevrolet was recommended to me by a friend. I was very impressed as soon as I arrived. The dealership is newly remodled, very bright, clean and even has a Cafe. They worked hard to earn my business and gave me a lot of information without a lot of pressure to buy. I have bought 2 trucks from them for my business and would recommend Hubler. They are a big dealership but still make everyone feel important and take the time to work the deal the right way. They have a big service department with a lot of long term employees. I shopped around Greenwood and was suprised how competitively priced they are. I have all me trucks serviced there and it is always done right and done fast. I will be back soon. More
Everything seemed great with this dealership until I had to walk away from a deal. This is when everything got a bit ugly. The sales rep then started getting mad with me, and started letting me know that to walk away from a deal. This is when everything got a bit ugly. He didn't get me the vehicle at the price that I needed it, and on top of that, didn't even have the vehicle there for me to see what I was trying to get. I just felt he let his emotions to involved in the sale and a good sales rep would not do this. I work in retail as well, if you don't like something, you just have to bite your lip and move forward. Overall, I would NOT recommend this dealership. More
I am a long time Chevrolet customer and a GM retiree. Hubler Chevrolet is as fair,honest, and profesional dealership there is anywhere. I own two Corvettes and 09 Impala and a 02 S-10 that their service Hubler Chevrolet is as fair,honest, and profesional dealership there is anywhere. I own two Corvettes and 09 Impala and a 02 S-10 that their service department does outstanding jobs with. Their Corvette mechanic is argueably the best in the Midwest. Their sales and service staff are freindly and very helpful. My son lives in Michigan he came to Hubler and bought a new 500 mile race track Silverado. Hubler made him a deal that he was thrilled with and he is very pleased with his new truck. My 09 Impala is a wonderful vehicle we are very pleased with it's looks and performance. The Corvettes are a true American Sports car at an affordable price. More
We stopped in at Hubler to use our exclusive test drive offer from a Breast Cancer Motorcycle ride we did the weekend before. Joe, our salesman, showed us the Cinergy Green 2010 Camaro. We sat down with Joe and Business Manager to go over pricing and agreed upon a number. Then we went to financing to finalize paperwork. It was a very good experience and all the people, our salesman (Joe) and finance man (Gregg)took very good care of us. More
All I have to say is THANK GOODNESS FOR HUBLER!! I had spent the last 3 weeks trying dealership after dealership and online shopping. It turned into a nightmare. I even had one dealer tell me about how "cute" I looked in the vehicle and how a 4-finger wave was attributed to this specific vehicle make/model. He never addressed safety features, horsepower or gas mileage. I felt like as if all he could see was a woman + mirrors = happy. Hubler treated me like a "CUSTOMER" not a gender. I was greeted promptly (multiple times) and my sales representative was quickly located. (I initially submitted online information request.) The vehicle I wanted (Chevy Equinox) is in high demand, but Brian went out of his way to locate a vehicle in the color I wanted with the features and called me first thing in the morning so I would not miss out on it. When I arrived at the dealership he and Greg (finance) were amazing. Though it was late evening, they took the time to answer all of my questions, even digging deep to get specifics from my lender. Did I fail to mention, I had a lender blank check? Yes, I went in with money to spend and only with Hubler did I feel welcome and appreciated as a customer. Without hesitation, if you are seeking a quality vehicle with quality "no pressure" service, Hubler Chevrolet on US31 S in Indianapolis (Greenwood) IN is the place to go! More

Watch the #s & pricing games, Take your deal home & check it out very carefully & compare it on line. I thought I finagled a ok deal but the paperwork didn't match exactly to what was proposed! Lots of #s on that page! This I realized later when it's to late. Their service department is "not" careful with the new cars. I was delivered a new car with exterior & interior damage that was a very stressful & timely ordeal!!! I have had an issue on every service visit. they have damaged or scratched something on 3 visits. I have had to "return" my car 6+ times, work not done correct or still not fixed or they damaged something! Sorry so (not specific) I don't want to be Identified by Hubler, they would recognize my situation & I'm sure things would get worse ! I have to use them for my service, there in my area...I am picky, I spent alot of $$$ on my new Car, I expect to recieve it "new" & I expect it to be treated as new while its in their care. They have proven over & over to be very careless when handeling my car. If I call them out on the 2nd return / same problem, my car seems to go to the end of the list & is not touched for a week, .......we have other cars to work on & we are backed up. "sorry"....Like its my fault I have to keep making arrangements to get my car back because they didnt do it correctly !! ???? - REALLY INCONVIENT !! this has proven consistant for over a year now.
