Easy, great purchase I had test drove a few 2015 Malibu's previously but never pulled the string on buying one. I seen the 20% off MSRP on 2015's so its time to pull the trigger. I seen one online that was at another dealer in Rushville so I went to Hubler on 31 and talked to Andrew Marchinko. He was the salesman on our previous car so we knew he was great. I told him what I wanted and what I was expecting for a payment. He got the car there from Rushville in about 4 hrs. I had all my paperwork done early and I had some shopping to do so Andrew let me take a different Malibu on their lot to test drive around and make sure I liked it. Overall it was probably the easiest sale hes had in awhile but that's what customer service will do for you. I really like Hubler's attention to detail and the free lunch doesn't hurt either. More

LIED AND CHEATED ME OUT OF 1000.00 ON MY TRADE IN LIED ABOUT GETTING ME NEW TIRES , TOLD ME THE NEW TRUCK HAD ON SCREEN NAVIGATION AND MAPS. IT DOES NOT. HAS DEVELOPED A LOUD TICKING NOISE TOLD ME LIED ABOUT GETTING ME NEW TIRES , TOLD ME THE NEW TRUCK HAD ON SCREEN NAVIGATION AND MAPS. IT DOES NOT. HAS DEVELOPED A LOUD TICKING NOISE TOLD ME IT IS THE FUEL INJECTION IT DID NOT MAKE THIS NOISE WHEN I TEST DROVE IT. I WOULD NOT EVEN HAVE DROVE IT IF IT MADE THIS TICKING NOISE. THIS TRUCK IS SUPPOSED TO GET 18MPG CITY AND 22 MPG HIGHWAY. THIS TRUCK GETS 14MPG CITY AND 18 HIGHWAY. THEY TOLD ME IT IS NOT THERE PROBLEM CALL CHEVROLET. CALLED CHEVROLET THEY TOLD ME TO CALL THE DEALERSHIP. I NEVER GOT THE ORIGINAL SECOND SET OF KEYS More

Typical car experience... The run around. Our experience was nothing short of terrible, and I have been to about 10 different dealerships in the last year (some great and some not so great) an Our experience was nothing short of terrible, and I have been to about 10 different dealerships in the last year (some great and some not so great) and this ranks among the worst. We leased a new Chevrolet truck from Hubler. 1) The truck was not ready when promised. It was delayed 1 day, then 2 days, then 3 days, then 4. And no one called to tell us this. They told us it would be ready, and we drove all the way out there, and then what do you know, its not ready. 2) We wanted all weather floor mats, a $20 upgrade from the ones that came with our truck. The manager told us we were being difficult, but that he would throw them in. Guess what? He didn't throw them in. We paid $80 for them. And whats the topper? That was over a month ago, no floor mats - and no one can give us any information on where they are. Its a constant finger point game at that place. 3) The initial price given was wrong. He told us we would get these credits & benefits and then when we went to finance, guess what, different price? (Amazing, huh?) He said he made a mistake. 4) The wait... We would just sit around in that place waiting and waiting, and no one knows where anyone is. 5) The best part... We got a new truck and were told the license plate information would come in the mail. I bet you can't guess this one... IT DIDN'T. The plates expired last Saturday, and after calling several different times and being told they were sending our info to the BMV. Today, the BMV still had no information about the truck and it turned out Hubler never sent it. Not surprising. So as it is today, we are paying a hefty price for a truck we cannot even drive, that doesn't even have the features one month later that we paid a premium for. I am extremely disappointed in this dealership, and I can promise that if we ever do decide to go with another Chevy vehicle - it will not be through Hubler. Shame on you GM! More
