Was looking for a new (used but new to me) car and found the exact model of car I wanted from here. Was a stick, had turbo, was great. Worker who was working with me during the time I was there was very friendly, the whole crew is friendly to be honest, but they aren't really too knowledgable. I was asking questions about features on the car and everything i asked they said No it doesn't have that, but when i would drive it or look at it, i would end up finding what i asked for because it DID have it. Also, they lied to me when i asked about the wheels. The car i purchased came with black wheels, and black is provided by the actual company, so i asked if they were the stock wheels that came with it and were protected under warranty because they had some wear to them and was told yes, they were covered because they are stock so the warranty of the car would cover getting the wear repaired. When i took the car to the dealership though, i was told they had been painted black with a crappy paint and that the warranty would do nothing for me and when i had taken the car back here, i was told word for word.."ummmm...well i don't know what to tell you then..." and the employee walked off. If their knowledge and lies went away, this dealership would have gotten 5* from me easily, by far the least pushy, most friendly people for the most part. But having been lied to then pretty much told too bad on my part for their error really draws away from this place. Now i'm stuck with crappy peeling wheels that i need to figure something out with. More
Bought a 2008 F250 on 2/13/13 and dealer did not correct check engine light problem, and truck ended up needing a new motor. Dealer wanted me to cover half of the repair cost after they marked up repair co check engine light problem, and truck ended up needing a new motor. Dealer wanted me to cover half of the repair cost after they marked up repair cost by about 2000.00. They misdiagnosed the problem after I took it back into them about 5 days after I bought it, check engine light came on when I took the truck home. I drove the truck less than 1000 miles before the motor jumped time and had to be replaced. Truck was represented like new, and was said to have been safety and emissions inspected. Truck has been broke down for about 4 weeks since I bought it, and I am having the motor replaced at my expense for about 2000.00 less than Hubler quoted me, it has the same warranty on the motor that Hubler offered. We were looking for a new/used car back in May. We knew that we wanted an SUV larger then our 04' mini-van we had been driving. They had many options to choose from and decided on an Aspen. Going in we knew what we were willing to spend and were very pleased that after trade in we purchased under what we planned. The sales person Dave was great and also dealt with Randy the owner. The car has only had one issue the freon was low, but with basically no questions asked, they fixed it.. For it being such a miserably hot summer this was great. Since then we have been in for our free oil change and they even hand washed the car for us. I have been very happy with their service and will definitly be back when looking for our next purchase. I am in the Customer Service field and it is something I really look at. I feel that they have exceeded expectations and would recommend to anyone even if not looking for a vehcile to use their service department. Great Location, friendly people and even free arcade games and tv in the waiting area which is great when you are stuck there with the kids. Added extras :) More
I was not in the market for another car but found what turned out to be my dream car on Hubler's lot. I was just going to look at the car as I had never actually seen this rare car but was a fan of Chip turned out to be my dream car on Hubler's lot. I was just going to look at the car as I had never actually seen this rare car but was a fan of Chip Foose Stallions. I was greated by the owner himself who was very friendly. I took a test drive and that was all it took. As I said I wasn't even in the market for a car, but the combo of customer service and the car itself hooked me line and sinker! I feel that I got a fair price for my 2 trade ins, yes 2! I also feel I paid a fair price for the car. The car is very rare and could have gone for more, but Mr. Hubler was ready to make the deal happen and made a deal that was more than fair for both of us. He also showed me around his shop and I got to meet his lead mechanic who was very nice and knowledgeable. I would trust him to do any mechanical work I might need and the shop was first class. I realized on that one of my trades I had just filled the car up, and when I told Mr. Hubler about that he offered to basically fill the car up I bought that only had 1/4 tank! He made good on his promise. If you want to buy a nice car (he has no junk cars on his lot, trust me) or have any service done, you get what I would call small business appreciation and customer service with a state of the art dealership and repair/detail shop. I also want to thank the finance manager who got me a fantastic rate on my car loan. I have been recommending Hubler Auto to all my family and friends and will continue to do so. I generally don't buy brand new cars so Mr. Hubler has a customer for life. Great job and as Arnold says "I'll be back! More
I really don't know were to start. I have been buying cars for 26 years and this was by far the best I have been treated in buying a vehicle. My 18 year old son bought a truck there last week and I saw h cars for 26 years and this was by far the best I have been treated in buying a vehicle. My 18 year old son bought a truck there last week and I saw how spectacularly they were with him and taking him serious in everything he said. (I was right beside him making sure he didn't get played and he didn't) After his great experience I went in the next day and bought me a truck. Again these guys are awesome. I'm used to being on guard when buying a car because I feel their job is to get as much as they can and give you as little as possible. That was not the case here. These guys did what they said they would. I felt like Pat (salesman) was on our side to get us what we wanted. Dan kept us informed on what he was doing to get my son approved for a loan without a co-signer. Dan made that happen. When I bought my truck Pat and Dan were off that day and Frank took care of me. The professionalism continued. He got me an awesome interest rate and deal on the truck. On the way home with my truck the check engine light came on. So the next morning I took it back in and tested it. It was an O2 sensor. They got it fixed right away. The owner Randy talked to me and said it should of never made to the lot for sale like that but sometimes things slip through. Bottom line they fixed it. These guys are top notch. More
