Purchased a battery with a previous service. Battery dead and returned it to replace. Staff didn’t know how to handle the replacement because I didn’t bring in the vehicle. Of course the battery was dead so how was that possible. Staff had me going back and forth between service and parts department. Truly frustrating!!!! More
