polite and professional i have been in wilson for 20 i have been in wilson for 20+years. i purchased a new tundra in 2004 and a new tacoma in 2011, both from roc i have been in wilson for 20 i have been in wilson for 20+years. i purchased a new tundra in 2004 and a new tacoma in 2011, both from rocky mount toyota. i could not reach a suitable deal in wilson. now that rocky mount has sold their dealership it does not seem the same. this is my 2nd visit here to the service department and i have been pleased. i trust it will carry over when i go to purchase a vehicle in the future. Scheduled oil change. I was pleased with the service I received. There was an employee Thanksgiving covered dish event going on and an employee invited customers for desser I was pleased with the service I received. My only complaint was I specifically scheduled for my lunch hour, but it took an hour and a half. I had had to work late to make up the additional time. More
