When I took my wife's vehicle in for the previous service, I asked for the spare to be aired up so that the TPWS light would turn off. But, that didn't happen, so my wife rode around annoyed with the service, I asked for the spare to be aired up so that the TPWS light would turn off. But, that didn't happen, so my wife rode around annoyed with the light on until this service visit. When I brought the vehicle in for this service, which included a tire rotation, I asked them to make sure they serviced the spare tire (the one that was low on air and causing the light to be on), The request was put on the service ticket again just like the previous visit but once again the spare tire was not serviced and the TPS Low light was still on. I went in before driving off to let the service personnel know that the light was still on and was told that it would go out once I started driving. I wasn't sure of the logic, but I indulged anyway. The light stayed on because the spare tire wasn't serviced as requested and was still low on air. This vehicle shows the tire pressure on each tire, including the spare. Anyway, I went back into the service department and informed the person at the desk that my spare tire was still reading low and the TPS light was still on. I guess three times is a charm. A technician was asked to take the vehicle back into the garage and to service the spare tire. When it was returned to me this time the light was finally extinguished. I was satisfied at that point and returned the vehicle to my wife. The service is bad, per se, I guess it was just my turn to have hiccups. I've used this dealership extensively over several years, and will more than likely continue to do so. More
