Quickly got me checked in, even before I could step out of my car, a representative was waiting with a clipboard. They did what they said they were going to do, tire rotation and oil change, and I was done of my car, a representative was waiting with a clipboard. Timely Service, but. Have 2019 Toyota in for recall service. Shuttle was great and timely and vehicle was completed in the time frame provided. However, in handing over the key fob at the start, I specifically requested the vehicle be locked when service was complete. As I signed the service work at pick up, I was told the key fob was in the car, which means the car was NOT locked. I felt like the service tech blew off my specific request even as I asked, not even acknowledging my question as why it was not locked. The Service person behind the counter even chimed in saying, I told you to keep it locked. Regardless of it being near the service garage, I specifically requested to keep it locked. Disappointed.
