The radio in my Toyota freezes. I was told by the service department that they would order me a new one through their warranty service. That was July 21st, I have since left 2 voicemails for Melissa (8-9-21 department that they would order me a new one through their warranty service. That was July 21st, I have since left 2 voicemails for Melissa (8-9-21 and 8-16-21) with no response. I also left a voicemail on 8-23-21 for Danny Meacomes (no reponse). So, I tried the GM (Winford Lee) on 8-25 and guess what, still no response. You have horrible customer service. I've left FOUR DIFFERENT MESSAGES for FOUR DIFFERENT PEOPLE and still got nothing. Steer clear of these people. More

To whom it may concern: I like the dealership. The only thing I disliked was a few months ago, I asked the dealership to rotate my tires.
