The radio in my Toyota freezes. I was told by the service department that they would order me a new one through their warranty service. So, I tried the GM (Winford Lee) on 8-25 and guess what, still no response. You have horrible customer service. I've left FOUR DIFFERENT MESSAGES for THREE DIFFERENT PEOPLE and still got nothing.
