Took vehicle in for check about noise when starting up. Given quote for $1000 to fix several things including initial issue. Took vehicle in for repair, two separate days. Can’t say enough great things about service reps and service manager. Most recently worked on 93 Honda and repaired it. No pressure to buy new car. They searched far and wide to find quality part for this older car. Went above and beyond to diagnose problem. Also have 2014 accord. Same with this car. Quality of parts such as batteries and tires very competitive with other service providers. They know their cars inside and out. Never condescending with explanations but takes time to explain reasoning for repairs or service. Both cars drive and run like they are new. Sales rep for 2014 accord ( bought new)was pleasant and congenial and found the car I wanted. When see him at dealership over the years, we chat and have never felt pressure to trade up to a newer car. I highly recommend this dealer and Honda cars More

I’m not very pleased. I took my vehicle in for service. They did not reset the engine oil life & did not calibrate the TPMS monitoring system. They would not pass my car for inspection they said the tint They did not reset the engine oil life & did not calibrate the TPMS monitoring system. They would not pass my car for inspection they said the tint was too dark. You can see right through it. I have legal tint @ 35%. I will never take my car back for service again nor will I purchase a vehicle from here again. More
Today I had a shampooing service scheduled for 11:30 and I am very disappointed in how it was handled. I called a head of time and scheduled it...should be fine but it wasn’t. Apparently the scheduling department does not talk to their actual Service department so they had no clue that I was coming nor did they offer the service that I wanted which was shampooing the seats. When I got there I told the man what I wanted he attempted to find the sheets to do it when he could not he called different places trying to figure out what was going on in no way was he rude he was just as confused as me. So he called the Toyota place across the street which is owned by the same company and told me I could get my shampooing done there. So I went over there and follow the guys exact instructions to park under the breezeway I went in and they told me they had no clue what I was talking about so they sent me to the back of the place to the detailing department which I was completely fine with. However I get out to talk to the people at detailing and they had no clue what I was talking about nor did they want to get up and do anything about it. However I think the man there saw that I was very annoyed and decided to help me out not that I am comfortable leaving my car there but IhSo I went over there and followed the guys exact instructions to park under the breezeway I went in and they told me they had no clue what I was talking about so they sent me to the back of the place to the detailing department which I was completely fine with. However I am very disappointed that Honda did not inform me that they did not do shampooing which is a big service that they should offer or at least should take it off of their website if they do not offer it this could’ve been avoided if they had to put true information on their website and start the phone call for scheduling this.
