I left my vehicle at the dealership to have my oil changed. They called me to let me know that there was additional service that needed to be done. Their web site indicated that they had a Honda CR-V available for sale. I contacted them via phone to confirm that it was still available and asked for an out the door price quote. I was told that it w available for sale. I contacted them via phone to confirm that it was still available and asked for an out the door price quote. I was told that it was in fact in house and was available. The salesperson told me the manager would have to provide the price and she would transfer me. I left A message on voicemail, no call back. An hour later I called again and spoke to Sandra and she assured me the SUV was available and that I should schedule a test drive. I explained that I was an hour and a half away But if it was on the lot we would make the drive. I again asked for a quote and she said my quote would be available within a half hour. My husband and I drove to see the SUV on the way we checked my email for the quote which never came. When we got there we learned not only had the SUV not arrived from the factory but it was already sold to someone else. We asked to speak to the manager, we could see him at his desk, but he would even get up to talk to us. AVOID THIS PLACE they do not care about their customers. I feel sorry for the people who actually buy a vehicle there. Wish I would have read others reviews first. More
