I don’t like that the sticker price showed one price but then some extra stuff was added to the vehicle and we had to pay almost 3k for that extra stuff that was not disclosed until negotiations. We were told it was already on the vehicle and they couldn’t take it off. We got the vehicle anyway but for more than we initially thought. I didn’t like feeling like they weren’t transparent about the pricing up front. That is really my biggest complaint about our experience. Overall we were happy and would buy from here again. This was our second new car purchase from this dealership. More
