I have never experienced as much unprofessional behavior as I did at this dealership. I found a vehicle I was interested in person and was yelled as we began the process. They perform services that have not been requested and do unnecessary services to "get you out the door". I was rushed out the door and had to call once I got back home to see why I was charged more for services and was told that they could not credit my card unless I made the 45 minute plus drive back. I won't be back!!! More
Michael Boykin is great to work with but unfortunately the service was a big let down. I had timing belt, tensioner package done and when I went to turn in my garage it sounded like I had a flat front r the service was a big let down. I had timing belt, tensioner package done and when I went to turn in my garage it sounded like I had a flat front right tire. The splash shied on the front tire was rubbing against my tire. A bungie cord was found holding the shield back were the mechanic had never finished putting everything back together. My husband, a Ford mechanic, who had changed the oil the first 95,000 miles, noticed that the splash shield had been cut where the mechanic made a short cut to get to the oil filter when he did the oil change. I had to return my pilot so they could finish putting the pieces back together and they also ordered a new replacement splash shied to replace the one they cut. More

I called and first spoke to Lori She said your service department would be able to look at her 2014 pilot I called back after talking to my daughter to speak with a person in service to see if she should drive the vehicle Amanda answered the phone listened and was compassionate. She got me to Ashley he said bring it in. He met my daughter. They took her vehicle right away. Ashley came out told my daughter the problem they fixed it and had her on her way in a little over an hour, I live in Arizona and could not assist her so I appreciate so much the extra effort your employees took THANK YOU so much! More
