I was disappointed in the time it took to accomplish the task. I was at your dealership 6 hours. I was told when I arrived it would take several hours,, I thought I would have my car back by 1:00 pm. Setting were not fixed back like they were when I arrived. I am an old lady and the new technology can be overwhelming. Cruise control was not working had to callback to fine out why. I ask about a loaner car while repairs were being done when I made an appointment, was told I would need to talk to my salesman. My salesman is not in maintenance, makes no sense to contact salesman. These repairs were recalls. I live 45 minutes from your dealership. I fine your dealership not very customer friendly or helpful after purchasing a new car from you. Was never updated on how repairs were coming along until I checked on it. I bought a maintenance agreement for oil changes when I purchased the car. Was told when purchasing car first oil change was on Hubert Vester and your dealership charged it against my maintenance agreement. So I am not a satisfied customer. I don’t how good the work was performed because everything was working and there was no explanation as to why there was a recall. More
