Got wrong rim, inconvenient when I got to samsclub to find out and couldn’t get new tire put ion. Called today and Honda is ordering correct rim and will put new tire on and put in car. Service took 4 hours- found out when I picked up my car they had to fix a recall. I appreciate that was fixed but a phone call would have been appreciated to let me know why it was taking so long. I had even called at the 3 hour mark to see what was going on and nothing about that was mentioned to me. Also, the drivers seat was reprogrammed and my sticker is halfway down the windshield VERY crooked. You could tell it was just slapped on! More
