We purchased our third Honda from Markeis. It took a little time to process but it was well worth it. Our first two Honda’s lasted over 540,000 miles. Not at this time. Service part was good, but I saw no sign of precautions re: COVID 19. The two men in the reception area were not wearing masks. The man that delivered my car had no protection on - if n sign of precautions re: COVID 19. The two men in the reception area were not wearing masks. The man that delivered my car had no protection on - if not for him for me. My son’s CRV had an oil change at another dealership and every service they might have was covered so their hands would not touch it. Where were your precautions? I was very disappointed!!! More
