Put things back! Service and employees were great. When I picked up my truck the drivers seat was way out of place and the dash display was not like I had it set. Poor and slow service Arrived at 9:30 for oil change nobody waited on me while they talked for a while to take care of me finally told them I need oil change and inspection Arrived at 9:30 for oil change nobody waited on me while they talked for a while to take care of me finally told them I need oil change and inspection would only take about an hour which is still a long time for oil change so I waited took like 2 hours then told me wipers would pass inspection and took like 35 minutes to get a set of wipers installed flat out just terrible service More

It took ridiculously too long!! Everybody was very nice but my appointment was at 10 am and it literally took 2 and a half hours for a simple oil change and tire rotation. It seems like every time I go I have to wait longer and longer. Luckily my sister was off work and able to get my oldest from pre k while I continues to sit and wait with a 4 month old baby. What is the point of appointments if it takes this long. If I didnt have to come here because I am paying for it I would hands down be going somewhere else. Something needs to change. More
Recall on Suburban 2017 The Service Department staff were friendly; but it took over 2 hrs....too long. However, I do love dealing with Johnny Kent in Sales!
