A scheduled oil change turned out to be a 3. 1/2 hour oil change. Ask for oil change only and given a list of needed repairs. Hubert seemed to have no urgency to get my car finished so I could leave. Ken Winbourn the salesman was kind enough to check on me several times and check on my car. Gen Mgr did make it right once he knew, but unacceptable. Peoples time does matter. Worst experience ever in dealing with a dealership. First they had an issue with supposedly having "too many techs off the same week", which in my opinion was just a flat out lie! Then it took all day, for m they had an issue with supposedly having "too many techs off the same week", which in my opinion was just a flat out lie! Then it took all day, for me being early to get oil change and tire rotation and a recall that was i think just a computer update; 6-7 hours. Was told that a jack had issues. I could have got the hand jack from the van and rotated the tires by myself in less time. Then you get someone who doesn't look you in the eyes while he giving you the run down. I have been asked to be removed from their list and finding they don't even respect the request. I'm telling everyone that I encounter to stat away! More

frustrated Carried vehicle and left all day for service and inspection to find out tires don't pass. Got new tires put at tire company who said tires should have Carried vehicle and left all day for service and inspection to find out tires don't pass. Got new tires put at tire company who said tires should have passed. Carried back next day with new tires installed and had to wait 1-1/2 hours to do same inspection over again when every thing else passed day before but tires. NOT HAPPY More
