I understand that there was an error made in the original write up of repair (customer name/number/identification). Once the error was discovered, it was not a simple correction. I apologize for the time you spent at the store. The nationwide dealer management system outage coupled with changing the customer information to the proper government entity did cause an unusual delay. The bill has been corrected and your Service Advisor, Alfredo Adalpa, has been attempting to reach his customer contact for finalization. Thank you for your patience and feedback.
