I had a 10:00 appointment for service and state inspection. The service person told me it would be 1 hour and 45 minutes to complete the work. I was there 3 hours and 15 minutes waiting for the ser inspection. The service person told me it would be 1 hour and 45 minutes to complete the work. I was there 3 hours and 15 minutes waiting for the service to be completed. Mike the man who take people wherever they need to go was the only one to check on me. At the 3 hour mark he took me into the shop to see what was going on with my truck. The truck wasn’t in the shop. We then walked outside and found my truck sitting in the parking lot. He found the paperwork sitting under other paperwork on the service check in desk. I bought my last two vehicles and the service package and extended warranty from this dealer and never had an issue issue until this visit. Needless to say I wasn’t happy with this visit. Not sure I’ll be back for another visit. More

Had a 12:30 appointment for oil change and fuel filter change. Took 3 hours to get it done it's ridiculous. I've done the same service at home and never took more than a hour to do both services. They did change. Took 3 hours to get it done it's ridiculous. I've done the same service at home and never took more than a hour to do both services. They didn't charge for the oil change but still charged me for 3 hours of labor which I don't find reasonable and unprofessional. More
