The people there are friendly and professional. Service on vehicle may be slow at times. Cost for routine maintenance on vehicle definitely on the high end. Example I received a mailer from them for oil change $49.95 actual cost charged me $93.79 I can get the same oil change at one of the drive up oil change establishment for about half the price and time. These types of establishment in my experience were just as professional and didn't charge more than their mailer stated. More

I was told I would have a car to drive since my car was under warranty… I did not, my appointment was scheduled with this advisor and I could not get my car inspected for the warranty issue. I was late to my next appt because I had to wait for the oil change and will need to return to get this issue resolved. I drive from out of town to your dealership. $150 Diagnostic fee is said up front. Not that the fee applies anything they check. I was told my vehicle was ready for pick up. The charge was $289 and Nothing was found to be wrong!?
