Service is awful I’ve never had worse customer service than I did here by the service manager. She was extremely rude, down right mean and made me feel stupid. She gave me a hard time on things that were already agreed upon at the time I purchased the vehicle. She was a complete xxxxx. To top things off they had my car for a week because they drug their feet and also never followed up to keep me posted as promised multiple times. The loaner car that I was given had shot brakes and rotors. Pulsated so bad I didn’t even feel comfortable driving it. The sales department was awesome at this dealer but the service couldn’t be more opposite. More

Oil change We purchased our vehicle from Huber 2 years ago. We were told of the "Customer for Life" oil change special of $18.99 but that ours would be slightly We purchased our vehicle from Huber 2 years ago. We were told of the "Customer for Life" oil change special of $18.99 but that ours would be slightly higher due to the Lexus brand requiring a different oil. We were fine with that. The first oil change cost us around $28. The next oil change was about $35. The next was $58 and was told that they changed oil which caused the price jump. (We were not told of the oil change or given the option to decline.) There was no other service completed than the oil change. I contacted the salesperson who sold us our vehicle inquiring as to their "$18.99 Oil Change for Life" policy and questioned the almost tripling of price. We decided one last time for an oil change and this time an oil gasket was needed which raised the price to over $60. We were told that the type of oil they are using was changed again causing the price increase. We will not be using Huber Automotive for any future oil changes. More
