Great work, poor customer service @ desk The work performed on my vehvicle was great (although they did leave a tool in the front seat and an uncovered RAZOR BLADE in the back and I have 2 sm The work performed on my vehvicle was great (although they did leave a tool in the front seat and an uncovered RAZOR BLADE in the back and I have 2 small children). A mistake was made on their part and they took ownership and corrected it. The woman making/taking phone calls was untrustworthy, short tempered and unprofessional. The rest of the staff we encountered has been great. Sadly because of our experience this time around we will not be returning to purchase more vehicles or continue with maintence to our vehicles. Disorganized and Uncommunicative I made the appointment weeks in advance, which was a feat in itself to get someone in the phone. My messages left and calls were not returned. They still asked several times why I was bringing the car in and we’re unprepared when I got there to do the diagnostics within the day. They wanted to keep the car overnight. Their lack of understanding of the issues it was having and severe time management and communication problems didn’t inspire fairy that they knew how to diagnose the problem and definitely not repair my car. The $9000 estimate was a joke. They’ve seen the last of me. More
