I recently lost the car in the massive hail storm on May 22nd that hit Berks county. Although I would have liked another Audi I am not in good financial shape to take on a large car payment. From the minute I called them they were able to help me. I think I got the last rental available in the area. Ryan Huber worked with me on the insurance as well as helped me with the knowledge of what my car should have been worth so that I was better informed when talking with the adjuster and insurance company. After getting a reasonable settlement, Ryan and Eric helped me find a car. I wasn't sure I would be approved for a loan and they helped there too. I had looked at their website and noticed they had a 2009 VW Bug on the lot at a good price. They made everything very easy as it was a tough transition for me. As a result I now have wheels again and even though my Audi has morphed into a "Bug" which I've named Herbie (what else), I am very pleased. I don't think another dealership would have gone to the trouble and effort they did. They even found an owners manual that Ryan delivered to my home. I can't say enough about these people.
