On two separate occasions I traveled to Hub City Ford and purchased wiper blades for two different vehicles. My Wife's 2020 Ford Escape wouldn't start. I called Gary Angele to explained the problem she was having and he quickly got in "Fix Lee Mode" good feeling. With what the SUV display was displaying Gray told Angele to explained the problem she was having and he quickly got in "Fix Lee Mode" good feeling. With what the SUV display was displaying Gray told me it could be a number of issues. Gary told me he would have Shane Guidy Service Advisor call me to get me back on the road. Let me just say this was the day before Thanksgiving. Shane called me back right away and told me several things that could be going on. In the mean time the Escape started and Shane told me to get the vehicle to Hub City Ford now he would be waiting on me. I drove to service and Shane was waiting, good feeling. Drove in and Shane started by opening the hood and checked connections and other thing. He to me he would have to run a computer diagnostics check and that would take time with Thanksgiving the next day but no problem I have a loaner Escape sitting right there for your wife. Now that is SERVICE, that's the Hub City Way is what they say. My vehicle was ready the day after Thanksgiving. Gary Angele and Shane Guidy proved to me the service after the sale is a real deal at Hub City Ford and that's why I will buy my vehicles with Hub City Ford. Thanks, Lee Clark More
