Dropped my truck off on a Monday, wasn’t able to pick it up until 12 days later. Been having water leak inside my cab for 3 years now. After the service department had the truck for 12 days, it still leaked up until 12 days later. Been having water leak inside my cab for 3 years now. After the service department had the truck for 12 days, it still leaked upon the first rain after picking it up. No communication with the service department during the 12 days other than my salesman who I bought the truck from 3 years ago. He tried to shuffle information to me from time to time, although it wasn’t his responsibility. Still have water leaking on my leg from the handle used to get in and out of the truck. This leak has been there since before my warranty ran out. So what is Hub City Ford going to do about it? Would a top Ford executive accept getting leaked on every time he got in his vehicle? Let’s see how this complaint and poor rating gets addressed. More

The service department is awesome. My truck on the other hand is a lemon. And I really hope that Ford is gunna do me right. I have bought 9 new vehicles from ford in the past 20 years. After setting up an appointment ( which took 2 weeks) to take care of a recall issue, the matter is still UNRESOLVED . The appointment was for 7-8:00 am , I arrived at 7:30am so I requested an oil change wh take care of a recall issue, the matter is still UNRESOLVED . The appointment was for 7-8:00 am , I arrived at 7:30am so I requested an oil change while I was there & did not hear anything by noon so I decided to call and was told by a Paul Laurent that my truck was being served and the recall would be taking care of shortly after, however, 4 Hours later I had to place another call only to find out he could not fix the very thing I set the appointment for. I understand that everyone is experiencing some difficulties during this pandemic but the reason for setting the appointment was by pass the hold ups. Don’t think I’ll be dealing with these guys anymore !!!! More
