To the point I had never heard of Howell Motors but I would recommend them. The sales person that we worked with, Patrick O’Malley, was excellent; straightforward, I had never heard of Howell Motors but I would recommend them. The sales person that we worked with, Patrick O’Malley, was excellent; straightforward, to the point and very trust worthy. Pat provided us with an excellent customer service experience. We were there to look at and eventually purchase one specific vehicle and did not test drive any others. The process was smooth and Pat was great to work with. The gentleman that we worked with for financing (Pete?) was easy to get a long with. We were not in the market for any warrenties etc and he understood and worked with us to get the financing terms we wanted. Overall, I would go back. This is the first Ford product we have ever owned and we’ll see how it holds up! More

Customer Focused, Excellent Shopping Experience Filled out the online request to take Ford Escape for test drive and received a call back within the hour and had appointment set up to drive vehicle Filled out the online request to take Ford Escape for test drive and received a call back within the hour and had appointment set up to drive vehicle that night. When I got there Pat was waiting for me and had the vehicle pulled up in front of the dealership. Went for the test drive, fell in love with the vehicle, and Pat was able to meet my number. When I went to pick up the vehicle Pat was again waiting for me and greeted me warmly. Everything had been taken care of and all I had to do was pay. Pat took time to go over all the interior features one more time and even set up my iPhone for me. In and out in less than 45 minutes. Vehicle is awesome. Thanks Pat! You are a true professional. More
