No pressure experience An online car search for a pre-loved vehicle lead us to Howell Motors. This was our first time dealing with Howell Motors but I am sure it will not be our last. I initially had reservations about trading in my car (my baby) for something new. It was well past its expiration date but I was really dreading the lot vulture high pressure car shopping experience that I have had elsewhere. I am very happy to say that this was far from my experience here. Patrick helped ease me through this transition and made the whole process much less "scary". He had that calm, no pressure, we are here for you kind of attitude which really made the experience though still a bit scary quite enjoyable. Philip Penepent also assisted us with the financing side of the purchase which allowed us to finalize the deal. All team players! Two short hours later, we were are ready to hit the road in my new car. Thanks again! More
