Edward has a high level of professionalism and zero high pressure sales tactics. He treated my mother with the utmost respect and patience. He even offered to come pick up her car for a trade-in appraisal. He took the time to help my mom understand all of the new features in her car and connected her phone via Bluetooth (first time experience for her).
