This dealership’s service department literally gives you the runaround every time you go in. Asked to speak to a manager, they are either in a meeting or not available and you can’t leave a voicemail. When asking for anything more than an oil change or basic services it’s over. Anything else that might go wrong and you think it’s covered under factory the warranty forgot it, the vehicle might as well considered not covered under the “ bumper-to-bumper” warranty. More

We had an ok experience buying a 2023 Honda Odyssey earlier this year - no bait and switch, paid MSRP but didn't even really try to negotiate. They did sneak in a service contract worth $3500 (we had to bring 3 kids to the deal closing and were underwater on the previous car so it was a complicated transaction), but I noticed in time to get a full refund. However my first and only service experience last week was dismall! "Express service" appointment at 11:15am on a weekday, they said 2.5 hours when I booked and 3 hours when I checked in, in the end I didn't get my car back for 5.5 hours, unreal. I had to spend $50 ubering home and to go get my daughter from school, would have missed pickup for my other kids if it'd taken any longer. No one even warned me it'd take so long, I had to keep harassing them. I'm dreading bringing it for recall service and may not even use the remaining free oil changes because that was such a hassle. If someone in management sees this soon, please contact me - I want a refund for the prepaid oil changes we chose too, the small savings is nowhere near worth it. More

From the start, he was very communicative and flexible. He really made me feel at home when I got to the dealership. He helped me find the perfect truck for my needs and thoroughly walked me through every feature it offered. The paperwork work process is always time consuming but Mohamed was great to hang out with through it all. He even made sure I was hydrated by offering me basically bottomless Gatorade. 😅 He really hyped me up and was adamant that I take a photo with my brand new Ridgeline. I’m kinda glad he did cause it made me realize I really need to tan my legs 👻 10/10 service! Hit ya boi Mohamed up for all your vehicle purchasing needs 🫡 More
