The person who answered the phone was not a salesperson, but was able to answer all of my questions re the car and what my options were. She connected me with a WONDERFUL sales Agent named Deidre. Deidre handled my transaction completely over the phone in an afternoon AND had the car delivered to my door step (3.5 hrs away) in less than 24 hours!!! My gorgeous new Pearl White Encore was waiting in my driveway when I got home from work. The kind gentleman who delivered it had all my paperwork and we signed the papers right there in my Kitchen. I have visited other dealerships in my area and NONE of them in the Knoxville / Tri-Cities area seem interested in selling a car, much less for a good price. I would have never been able to afford this car if it had not been for them......Thank you Howard Bentley!!! More
