When a dealership decides to sell a used car they should first make sure the care is safe to drive.NO Cracked Windshields.No check engine lights..at least erase it...and make sure all doors open up.....from first make sure the care is safe to drive.NO Cracked Windshields.No check engine lights..at least erase it...and make sure all doors open up.....from the OUTSIDE...GAS is not cheap these days..Many people see your cars online and many live far away..but for a good deal will come in to buy a car..make sure these safety items are on your website so people can make their own decision to make the long haul out there to take a look at the car..In My humble opinion..the dealership should compensate folks for their gas especially.if they're not going to be upfront about the vehicle when u call about it.. I never thought I would find a car buying experience enjoyable, but that is exactly the way I would describe my experience with everyone at Hove Nissan. Everyone there was very friendly and hard work enjoyable, but that is exactly the way I would describe my experience with everyone at Hove Nissan. Everyone there was very friendly and hard working, from the sales people to the sales manager, all the way down to the porters working in the service area. They took their time to work with me and listened to all of my wants and needs, and patiently dealt with me as I drove and looked at several different vehicles that I was interested in. I'm happy to say that I am now the proud owner of a used 2006 Nissan Altima 2.5 S that is basically in show room condition and has only 50,000 miles on it, and I got it at a great price. They have a huge inventory of new and used vehicles there, and have some of the best prices Iv'e ever seen, and at no time did I ever feel pressured by anyone there. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for either a new or used vehicle, and they have made a life long customer in me. More

Everything he said about the car and our trade in was exactly true and we purchased the car that day. It was the easiest transaction on buying a car I have ever had. RJ is a honest person and it was a pleasure to do business with hm. I had a problem within the first few days of buying the car but Hove stood by us and fixed it right away for us. I would be happy to do business with RJ and Hove in the future! UPDATE: We have owned our car for 10 months and we couldn't be happier. The few minor problems we have had with the car the extended warranty has kicked in and we have a small deductible to pay, that's it! I will be looking for another car in the near future and RJ is the only person I want to purchase a car from. He made our first trip worth the drive and I am looking forward to dealing with Hove Buick and RJ again. " More
I travelled over 100 miles to visit this dealer. I was dealing with them via internet and their follow up was timely and comprehensive. RJ Lancaster was outstanding. The cars I wanted to view and drive were ready and there was no "down time". On my journey there I picked up a nail or something in my tire...when we noticed it was low RJ arranged to have the tire repaired while we test drove cars. Although I did not buy I was impressed and satisfied with the whole experience. I offered to pay for the repair and they let it go at no charge! If you visit this dealer, and you should, see RJ and visit the service department. Great bunch of people. I am happy to recommend HOVE BUICK NISSAN to anyone interested in not only new but a used car as well. Thanks! More

After being in a unexplainable, STRESSFUL, and terrible situation at another dealership, someone referred me to RJ. It was night and day. I thought I needed to go to a "mega" dealer in the near suburbs to get a great deal on a Nissan. I could't have been more wrong! Bought my wife a Rogue from RJ at Hove Nissan. He knew his stuff and listened to what she was looking for and got her exactly what she wanted/needed. Never pushy and very knowledgeable salesperson. I can say that when attempting to purchasing a used car, trust is essential. My experience, from start to finish, at Hove couldn't have been better. I had been to a few other local dealerships in the area, but my experiences didn't even come close to the level of customer service I received at Hove. Julie was incredibly helpful and obviously very knowledgeable about the inventory on your lot. The finance process was as equally painless and I felt very comfortable with the bottom line. I ultimately ended up purchasing a used Altima and I couldn't be happier with it's performance. I live about an hour and half away from Hove now, but will continue to show my patronage because of the level of service they provided. More
