What initially started as a good experience turned into a nightmare. The third party car delivery groups were great to work with. The sales rep did a good job. The owner bragged on how excellent his service was, yet when things went south he washed his hands. I had car 2 days and radiator hose came off and car overheated destroying engine. Investigation revealed service dealer had done was not performed correctly and hose clamp was never attached, causing failure and overheat when hose came loose after a few days. Dealer says too bad, should have bought warranty. Warranty doesn't cover negligence. Why would he not have his people check work that was done before passing car over to me? I would recommend to steer clear of this dealership. More
