I arrive at the dealership to have my car trunk repaired because my trunk because it would not open! I arrived early for a 9:30 AM appointed and after being checked in, I waited four hours before I was in because my trunk because it would not open! I arrived early for a 9:30 AM appointed and after being checked in, I waited four hours before I was informed that they did not have the part! Then I had to return the next day and I had to leave the car overnight! I was told a Lyft would drive me home. I waited outside the check in dock for over 1 hour! I thought the Lyft service which I do not prefer, was scary! I never take it! Personally I am an old customer and I still remember your Van Service which I felt safer and more at ease! This really needs to be analyzed carefully! More

I was very unsatisfied with the service, I spent 2695.00 on my car and the Check engine light went back on the next day. I called and brought it back, than I had to use another rep and he than told me it wi on my car and the Check engine light went back on the next day. I called and brought it back, than I had to use another rep and he than told me it will be another 1800.00 since it Could be another problem. I was so upset because he just sat there and said that is all he can do. I took the car the Adam's auto in Whittier that I was referred to they fixed the problem that was not what Mercedes told me.. I paid 1100.00 and my car is running great. Than when I had to wait 30 min to get my car back from the service desk at Mercedes. I went back in and told Nathan Ortiz this is unacceptable to make me wait this long can he call again, he did than I waited another 15 min. I started asking dlome of the workers standing around talking and laughing can they help no one did. I than went back into the service department and demanded to talk to the manager than Nathan went to the back and brought my car up. The worse service ever. Oh by the way when I dropped my car off it took Nathan 4 days to let me know what is going on with my car. This was after I called on a Sat to see. He called me on Monday More
Overall my rating for the service center (during this particular visit) would have been good if it were not for my horrible experience with the rental car company they sent me to. Since House of Imports particular visit) would have been good if it were not for my horrible experience with the rental car company they sent me to. Since House of Imports could not provide a service car, they sent me to Enterprise rental car where the staff there adamantly insisted that I was getting a Prius. I was unsatisfied with how I was treated at this Enterprise branch. Without a doubt, it was inconvenient, difficult and stressful. I was made to wait outside under extreme heat for an hour. This terrible encounter with Enterprise rental car impacted my overall experience with House of Imports as I feel they're just as responsible for what I had to go through. What I appreciate however, was when House of Imports was made aware of this issue, they made the effort to do things right and replaced the loaner. Thanks to Andrew and Jeff. Additionally, appreciate that House of Imports made an effort to communicate and give update as to status of my car. More
