I came to House of imports for 10,000miles service. I don’t know any particular service advisor. The dealer picked any available advisor. Vicente Rodriguez Jr. provided me the full inspection. Took my car to House of Imports for Service, the staff were all friendly, courteous and helpful. I was early for my appointment, instead of having me wait, they assigned a Service Consultant to assist me were all friendly, courteous and helpful.
