Bill Chow is probably the rudest, most pompous, dishonest, unscrupulous, and snide service advisor I’ve ever met! He made a misrepresentation about the type of service I was getting for my car and falsely claimed that service B “did NOT include brake fluid replacement.” I ended up talking with one of the managers who confirmed that I was entitled to getting the FULL B service including the brake fluid replacement. Bill Chow had an absolutely terrible, condescending attitude. The guy obviously despises his job! He went to great lengths to intentionally falsify my email to prevent me from giving him a bad survey rating that he MOST definitely deserved! Without question, he should be FIRED immediately! The fact that he still has his job says a lot about House of Imports! Whether it’s for service or sales, my advice is to RUN AWAY from this dealer! More

They will provide you with a professional and great customer service. The interaction with them is natural, smooth and sincere. It's like you're purchasing/leasing a car from your best friend or a family member. My wife was in the market for a new vehicle. We started our research online and within 24 hours she was driving her new car! And believe me, I consider myself a negotiator. I want to make sure we are also getting a good deal. Not only the dealership ;). Anyways, Cyrus was our salesman. What a great and kind gentleman. Numbers were finalized with the internet sales manager Alex K. What a great executive. He's not only knowledgeable of all MBZ products, but efficient, honest and always willing to make a deal. I don't remember the last time I dealt with a auto-dealership manager like him. As you may know, the final step is with the financial manager. Again it couldn't be different. What a great experience we had. His name: Lebanon. Signing all the docs went pretty quick. Lebanon went through each document explaining what we were signing. We are coming back! Great job Auto Nation! Keep up with this amazing service. We all appreciate it. Happy New Year to you all. More

Over a month.. after trying so many times.. still nobody reply my mail, return my call, etc... so terrible! As of today, still hearing nothing from the dealership...the ONLY reply from the dealership is "A member of our excellent Customer Service Team will be in contact as soon as possible!" More

When I refused it, he used every tactic to scare me and said something made me felt inferior. He said he has been working there for 12 yrs. That mean he has been double charge a lot of customers for 12 yrs. I can't believe one of the largest MBZ dealers can let it happens. When i asked for refund, he intentionally made me there 2 times and give me some words to make me feel uncomfortable. They charge me double, use dirty tactics and make you difficult to get refund too This is a public company Autonation. They should focus on serving customers not squeezing money from them from financing More

His support staff, sales manager Sal and finance department could care less about you or your 90 day 4000 mile warranty. My warranty paperwork fell through the cracks and was not submitted at time of purchase (purchased vehicle 12/16/18) I called the dealership and spoke with Sal and the Fiance Dept. a dozen times over a 3 day period trying to get the warranty contract submitted to their warranty company Assurant. I was promised it would be taken care of the initial day I made them aware of the error. Multiple calls to the dealership and Assurant with promises to expedite the contract entry went by the wayside. This was a covered warranty issue ( 1 week from contract expiration) and wanted to have my vehicle serviced at my local Infiniti dealer and pay the $200 deductible ( with a AutoNation dealer next to Infiniti) All repairs have to be authorized by Assurant prior to repair. My issue was finally resolved with no help from the dealer or Assurant within 30 minutes of calling AutoNation's shared service center, a number I had to track down myself to have the contract updated. Bottom line, the dealership and it's management only cared about selling the car, my return business or satisfaction was unimportant to them. More
Customer Service I scheduled an appointment with the House of Imports a few days ago and told them I needed a loaner car at which time they said no problem. When I arrived at my appointment, the service technician was 15-20 minutes late and told me a loaner car may/may not be available because they don't reserve loaner cars for customers. I had to get a B1 service at which time they said they will cost me ~$2,000; I said I don't think I need all this service and would like a basic oil and filter change. That was when things went from bad to worst and they said no loaner car was available and I would have to wait at the dealership until the service was done. I requested to speak with the manager and the technician said he was "busy" and I went to his office and the manager was surfing the internet. I questioned him about the service and loaner car and he told me that's how we operate here and if you don't like it too bad. I had been at this dealership in the past for 2 other services and there was no problem and my old technician was great but he no longer works there (I can see why). I will be going to a different Mercedes dealership for service in the future. More

Bad experience due to lack of communication! I took my car in on Friday to have the body shop give me an estimate on the damages due to somebody running a red light and hit me. They put me in a rental car and never told me the body shop wasn't open on the weekends so when I called on Saturday to find out what was going on with my car they said the body shop was closed and wouldn't be there until Monday. So here I was paying for a rental car when they're not even working on my car . I would've brought my car in on Monday and been happy to take a rental car knowing that something was getting done on mine but that wasn't the case. Also I was supposed to get a phone call or an email as I was told many times which I never received and when I called on Monday they said my car was disassembled. I told him several times that I need to get back together because I'm coming to pick it up and that was two hours ago and nobody has called me yet. I did not authorize any work to be done on my car all I wanted was an estimate so I can compare it with my insurance it was gonna cost to fix it . More
