Ridiculed and Taken Advantage Of Went in for an oil change and an 18 month check-up with some things I wanted looked at specifically that I was having trouble with. After an hour of waiting they told me there wasn’t anything wrong with the specific things I asked them about, but they did find another part that needed to be replaced. I asked what the part did (I’m not a mechanic, I don’t know), and I got laughed at and made to feel like a child for asking a simple question. Two hours of waiting total and going to pay, he asks me “oh did you come in for an oil change, I forgot to do that!” More
