Disappointed I felt like I was bothering Tim when it came to getting paper work started for my rental car for the recalled part. He told me and my son who dropped I felt like I was bothering Tim when it came to getting paper work started for my rental car for the recalled part. He told me and my son who dropped my car off that he was not getting paid to deal with the recall issues. Tim had me call Ford Customer Service twice with questions. My car sat in my garage for 5 months, then when the parts finally came Tim was very pushy about getting the car into the shop as soon as possible. I explained that I was in Texas and my son who is a dentist in Red Wing, would drop the car off but that he is very busy and would call for an appointment. The day the replacement appointment was scheduled they could not get the job done, so my son had to take the car back to Wabasha because he didn't have a ride home and bring the car back the following day. They did as least pick the car up from the dental office and returned it when it was done that second day which was helpful. My husband had both airbags replaced in his truck in Texas, they had the parts so no rental car, appointment the day after we got to Texas, work was done in 1 hour. That's excellent service from a dealer in Harlingen Texas. More
