After an hour of waiting they told me there wasn’t anything wrong with the specific things I asked them about, but they did find another part that needed to be replaced. I asked what the part did (I’m not a mechanic, I don’t know), and I got laughed at and made to feel like a child for asking a simple question. Two hours of waiting total and going to pay, he asks me “oh did you come in for an oil change, I forgot to do that!” More

Great buying experience ! I had a wonderful buying experience ! I stopped in a week prior to my purchase and John (Clem)was so helpful showing me SUV's that he thought I might I had a wonderful buying experience ! I stopped in a week prior to my purchase and John (Clem)was so helpful showing me SUV's that he thought I might like. He mentioned that a used Dodge Durango was on it's way to the dealership and that he would let me know when it arrived. He emailed me several days later to let me know it was on the lot. I went to check it out late in the afternoon on Saturday. It was love at first sight !John ( Clem) was busy finishing a sale with another customer and Tim, the sales manager stepped up and sat in the truck with me showing me all the bells and whistles. When Clem was finished, we did the necessary paperwork and by this time, it was well after closing time. I appreciate the great attention to detail and the above and beyond customer service that I received. I will definitely be recommending this dealership and Clem to any family or friends in the market for a new or used car. More
