Dishonest dealership and Salesman I have recently bought 2013 Toyota Avalon; I was negotiating with a salesman named Tony B over the internet. The salesman did not disclosed all defe I have recently bought 2013 Toyota Avalon; I was negotiating with a salesman named Tony B over the internet. The salesman did not disclosed all defects that car has such crack on head lights and crack on the passengers sit back light. The roof liner was fall off. I have come to dealership from Des Monies, IA after 2 hours drive. I was in need of a car badly but salesman took the advantage of my needing a car and did not dare to disclose this to me while communicating via email and phone. It is very hard to identify cracks on the headlights by looking at the pictures. I was very disappointed the way salesman handled this purchase. I have learned a life time lesson and will warn future potential buyers be aware of this dealership. I will recommend this dealership to anybody and I myself will not go to this dealership anymore. More
